The Creative Cloud Sales Specialist (Digital Media) role is focused on selling, growing, and renewing business within Adobe’s Creative Cloud corporate segment. This position involves multi-channel sales activities, including outbound efforts and leveraging reseller channels and enterprise license programs. Key responsibilities include deal development, qualification, articulating value propositions to executive stakeholders, pricing negotiation, and closing deals in a fast-growing market with significant sales potential.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on selling Creative Cloud Gen AI solutions and additional cross-sell products to the existing Corporate customer base.
  • Engage with customers in the field and at events to understand their challenges and educate them on Adobe's market position.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through outbound customer outreach and contract follow-up.
  • Qualify deals and negotiate contracts, emphasizing solution selling and customer value.
  • Articulate the benefits of Creative Cloud solutions to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate reporting within a CRM tool.

Requirements

  • 5 years of successful sales closing experience, preferably in B2B software.
  • Consistent achievement of quota.
  • Proven application of value-based selling skills at all customer engagement levels.
  • Ability to accurately forecast based on realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with MS Office Suite and CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation Details

  • For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission).
