Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in proposal management, technical writing, technical or management consulting, product marketing, sales operations, or a related field, along with strong writing and editing capabilities, exceptional communication and project management skills, and experience developing compelling business cases. A plus is experience in the energy industry, particularly demand side management.

Responsibilities

The Proposal Coordinator will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, coordinating input from cross-functional teams, developing content, and monitoring progress; develop compelling proposal material through writing and content delegation, synthesizing disparate pieces into a cohesive narrative; evangelize EnergyHub’s value to clients through strong technical writing; work with the sales team to understand utility needs and requirements; organize and lead proposal meetings; manage the proposal review process and approvals; lead responses to follow-up questions and prepare for presentations; develop expertise in the utility market and DER landscape; organize and maintain proposal content and templates; and work closely with EnergyHub teams to ensure effective messaging to the market, while also developing process improvements to increase proposal quality and volume.
