Requirements

Responsibilities

The Property Management Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls. They will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, and maintain and update property records, including leases, tenant files, and maintenance records. The role also involves scheduling and coordinating property inspections, processing maintenance requests, assisting with rent collection and processing, preparing and distributing reports, ensuring compliance with property management regulations and company policies, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining an organized office environment.
