Candidates are required to have 3-5 years of experience working as a property admin specialist, proficiency in PropertyMe or similar property management software, experience with Airtable or other database management tools, advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Lightroom, strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, and familiarity with Google Drive and Google Calendar. Experience working with an Australian client is a plus, and digital marketing experience is beneficial.
The Property Admin Specialist will process Form 6, prepare Lease Agreements and Lease Renewals, manage communication regarding jobs and repairs, handle Job Management for tenants and landlords, facilitate Change of Tenancy communication, prepare Entry Notices, respond to Rental References, and complete other ad hoc tasks. They will also be responsible for sales, including new listings, open homes, and buyer data, matching buyers with properties, creating and designing social media tiles, newsletters, and sales proposals, and managing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
