Account Manager

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or sales, along with 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making related to financial impact. Prior experience in a client-facing role is required, and industry experience in vacation rentals, real estate, and/or hospitality is preferred. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), creative problem-solving abilities, exceptional time management and organizational skills, experience leading cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset are also necessary. Availability to work US business hours (Pacific or Mountain Time) is required.
The Account Manager in Owner Relations will develop and strengthen relationships with property owners through proactive communication, serving as the subject matter expert on their properties and markets. They will analyze and optimize property performance by evaluating financial metrics and collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvements. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, utilizing platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk, identifying and promoting additional services, collaborating with various internal teams to drive portfolio expansion and operational efficiency, and meeting key performance metrics related to owner satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the Account Manager will provide support for their team by assisting with escalated guest and homeowner concerns and responding to communications, especially during high-volume periods.
