Candidates should possess at least 1 year of inside sales experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding KPIs through a consultative sales approach, preferred property & casualty insurance carrier experience, a passion for helping partner agencies, the ability to multitask and problem-solve, and availability for some travel as needed. Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities, are also required, as well as experience in a high volume sales environment.
The Agency Success Associate will drive exceptional results with agency partners for quality, growth, and retention, provide feedback about Rate, UW, and risk classifications within local markets to product, UW, and other ASM partners, deliver on key named account targets, engage with agents frequently (over 120 times per month) digitally to drive profitable growth in accounts, move agents within segments up-channel in quality and quantity of production, and collaborate with peers to improve agency results. They will also administer incentives and contests aimed at increasing sales profitably, and engage with agents to increase policies sales per agent, agent engagement, agent NPS, retention, and quality of book.
