Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with over 5 years of experience in project delivery management and a minimum of 5 years in field services and/or customer support for hardware and software products. In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment is required, along with strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills. Experience leading global projects is also necessary. PMP certification and experience with HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Project Technical Delivery Manager will manage projects through their complete lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business and technical requirements. This includes establishing stakeholder relationships, understanding technical architecture, facilitating technical decisions, developing and presenting technical solutions, communicating with internal teams, customers, and partners, managing complex installations, reporting and escalating issues, communicating project changes, and documenting technical procedures. The role may require working irregular hours.
