Requirements

Willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security Clearance (current TS is a plus); must be able to initially obtain Public Trust and follow-on TS (#clearable)
Full time on-site presence at Government Customer facility in Bluemont, VA (Mount Weather, Virginia) minimum 5 days per week; no relocation offered
Expertise in SOTS, TIRKS, POCITS, SSIRS, DOCUMENT VIEWER, RDS and Government account operations preferred
Ability to provide out of hours support (24x7 Telecommunication Service Priority and escalation support)
Occasional travel may be required
Capable of handling shipping/receiving/inventory of equipment (up to approximately 35 pounds or more)
Full time employment (40 weekly hours)

Responsibilities

Project manage and coordinate the installation of Government contract voice/data/toll free and switched voice services, including associated equipment
Provide 24x7 Telecommunication Service Priority (TSP) and escalation support for circuit orders, long distance account issues, call blocks, and maintenance related requests
Ensure AT&T provided terminating equipment interfaces properly with customer equipment
Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory on required equipment
Responsible for implementation of services from conception, ordering, installation coordination, billing, and subsequent maintenance/trouble sectionalization
Coordinate service orders with outside agencies such as Local Exchange Companies (LEC), equipment providers, and other external customers to meet critical dates and ensure timely service provision
Provide order data to support detailed databases of circuit and facility records (e.g., clli codes, exchange company provider circuit ids, protocols) to track current and historical services
Provide team leadership support to other members of the team
Other duties as assigned
