Requirements

Fluent in English and German (essential)
2+ years of project management experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations within medium and small enterprises
Experience in planning, project financials, risk, and issue management
Proven track record implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
Proficient in executive communication and negotiating; advanced in written and verbal communications
Strong at building relationships, working cross-functionally, and influencing internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading 3rd parties on a project
Business development or previous service sales experience
Experience building Test Scenarios or Use Cases based on proposed configuration
Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes
Based in Warsaw only

Responsibilities

Lead implementations using the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology
Resolve issues in effective ways
Support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management based on field experience to improve the Workday Launch implementation methodology
Guide with the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology
Frame solution delivery, partnering with consultants to implement and manage the delivery plan
Help clients achieve rapid time to value on large projects for Fortune 500 clients
