The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing internal and external resources to ensure the successful delivery of service engagements on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing multiple new accounts, client expectations, and driving continuous improvement. The PM will collaborate with Implementation Managers, Integration teams, Sales, Product, and other Customer Success team members to facilitate client onboarding and growth. The Enterprise Implementation PM will specifically work with Enterprise-level clients.
A successful PM possesses a consultative mindset, applying best practices and tailored solutions to meet individual client business processes and goals. The PM plays a crucial role in developing roll-out strategies, managing resources, and executing project plans to meet project scope. This role also involves providing industry, technology, and change management thought leadership, embodying R365 core values: Solve Problems – Together, Share Positive Vibes, Love Good Food, and Relentlessly Seek Greatness.
Our Implementation team is dedicated to ensuring clients are well-supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. Client onsite travel and company event travel may be required up to 25% of the time to build successful relationships.
