Position Overview

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing internal and external resources to ensure the successful delivery of service engagements on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing multiple new accounts, client expectations, and driving continuous improvement. The PM will collaborate with Implementation Managers, Integration teams, Sales, Product, and other Customer Success team members to facilitate client onboarding and growth. The Enterprise Implementation PM will specifically work with Enterprise-level clients.

A successful PM possesses a consultative mindset, applying best practices and tailored solutions to meet individual client business processes and goals. The PM plays a crucial role in developing roll-out strategies, managing resources, and executing project plans to meet project scope. This role also involves providing industry, technology, and change management thought leadership, embodying R365 core values: Solve Problems – Together, Share Positive Vibes, Love Good Food, and Relentlessly Seek Greatness.

Our Implementation team is dedicated to ensuring clients are well-supported, educated, and fully adopted on our platform. Client onsite travel and company event travel may be required up to 25% of the time to build successful relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination and Resource Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between Enterprise clients and internal teams.
    • Facilitate project flow using Agile methodologies.
    • Efficiently manage resources to achieve customer go-live dates.
    • Ensure projects stay within scope and evaluate project timelines to meet objectives.
  • Client Engagement and Communication:
    • Directly engage with Enterprise clients to understand their operational needs.
    • Ensure clients have access to necessary resources and support.
    • Foster strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
    • Support continuous learning and process improvement through documentation.
  • Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring:
    • Focus on key performance indicators such as Time to First Value (TTFV) and client satisfaction.
    • Utilize data to report on project outcomes and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure software meets quality standards and client expectations.
  • Remote Collaboration:
    • Optimize communication and project management practices for remote engagements.
    • Provide a high level of support through diligent and proactive communication.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Seek feedback and updates on software and industry developments to enhance the implementation process.
    • Create templates to ensure standardization where possible.
    • Develop working knowledge of product offerings, business models, services, emerging technologies, and implementation best practices.
  • Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
    • Implement lessons learned to minimize future escalations.
  • Escalation Handling & Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for escalations.
    • Employ problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts efficiently.
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
