Built is seeking a customer-obsessed Implementation & Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is designed for an individual who excels in fast-moving, high-change environments. You will be responsible for onboarding and training customers, guiding them through product adoption, and serving as a key partner in their ongoing success. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the construction ecosystem, from financial controllers to executive decision-makers, to ensure clients derive maximum value from our Construction Financials and Construction Payments products.
