Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of direct client or associate/analyst experience preferred, 2+ years of project management experience, a solid technical background, proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic functionality), strong written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and providing technical guidance through the implementation of new client websites, continually updating sites as requirements change, testing client sites for quality assurance, partnering with bswift teams to meet client deliverables including creating and obtaining sign-off on Benefits Class Matrix, Requirements, Rates, Permissions, and Implementation Questions Log, configuring systems for annual benefit program changes, executing non-automated service delivery processes, training clients on system features and services, testing new and existing system functionality, responding to client questions and concerns, driving continuous process improvements, managing workflows for carrier and payroll feed setup and maintenance, supporting sales and marketing activities, leading special projects, and developing and implementing fulfillment procedures.
