Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Team Management role in a growing dynamic organization
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management and Analysis
- Tertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or similar
- Adaptable to change and leading change
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level
- Strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action
- Demonstrated capability in leading & managing team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices
- Coaching people – acts as a leader, as a mentor, supports others in professional development

Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement, and a high-performance culture
- Performance management of self and team through clear and actionable performance metrics
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high-quality process and strong relationships
- Maintaining excellence through quality project management that align to efm’s Quality Management System
- Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team
- Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business
- Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practice
- Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology, and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders
