Requirements

2+ years of experience in a Team Management role in a growing dynamic organization
2+ years of experience in Project Management and Analysis
Tertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or similar
Adaptable to change and leading change
Proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level
Strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action
Demonstrated capability in leading & managing team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices
Coaching people – acts as a leader, as a mentor, supports others in professional development

Responsibilities

Train, coach, and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement, and a high-performance culture
Performance management of self and team through clear and actionable performance metrics
Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high-quality process and strong relationships
Maintaining excellence through quality project management that align to efm’s Quality Management System
Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team
Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business
Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations, and best practice
Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology, and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders
