  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and technologies
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify risks and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in and influence design reviews
  • Translate designs into executable field plans
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Interface with general contractors, commissioning agents, and OEM partners
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of OFCI equipment
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and validate workmanship
  • Communicate project updates and risks effectively to leadership and stakeholders
  • Track and forecast progress against milestones, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Identify and implement improvements in project delivery workflows
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training
