Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, or have over 10 years of experience in a business improvement role at a manager level. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and/or IWS/TPM methodologies is required, along with strong project management skills, proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools, and the ability to travel 50-80% to multiple site locations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement will lead and accelerate operational excellence across multiple sites by deploying the SHOP operating model to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. This includes supporting the RVP and Director of Continuous Improvement, executing SHOP initiatives, utilizing KPIs to measure effectiveness, conducting audits, coaching personnel on SHOP and problem-solving techniques, leading cross-functional teams for project execution, identifying benchmarking opportunities, guiding lean manufacturing implementation, aligning CI efforts with organizational goals, and leading change management initiatives.
