Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet defined scope, timeline, and budget requirements. This includes coordinating customer meetings, highlighting portfolio benefits, and managing project information to ensure stakeholders and purchased services are fully utilized. The role involves collaborating with Customer Success Managers, involving the right stakeholders at the right time, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and accessible. The Project Manager must provide timely and accurate project updates in Salesforce, manage change and expectations, monitor and mitigate risks and issues, and effectively handle escalations and related communication. They will also be expected to develop a keen sense of scope management, build strong client relationships, and identify areas for process improvement.
