Responsibilities

  • Gestión total de proyecto con objetivos de plazo y costes
  • Colaboración permanente con cliente, así como el Departamento de Ingeniería y apoyo al Departamento de Ingeniería para encontrar las mejores soluciones técnicas
  • Colaboración con compras para adjudicación de contratos de suministros
  • Apoyo a la contratación y seguimiento de la logística de suministros y servicios subcontratados
  • Controlar estados de avance para cumplimiento de plazo asignados
  • Preparar estados de pago de cierres mensuales
  • Reportes periódicos
  • Velar por la seguridad y salud de todo el personal a su cargo, conforme a la normativa del país
  • Commissioning (puesta en marcha)
  • Seguimiento y aseguramiento del cash Flow del proyecto
  • Gestión íntegra de RRHH del proyecto
  • Liderar integralmente la ejecución de una planta fotovoltaica >100 MWp desde la fase de Ready to Build (RTB) hasta su entrega final, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de plazo, coste, calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad
  • Coordinar todas las actividades del proyecto en campo y oficina técnica, gestionando equipos multidisciplinarios (civil, eléctrico, mecánico), contratistas EPC y stakeholders clave
