Energy Efficiency Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote - CA) at Energy Solutions

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline, a minimum of 8 years of work experience (graduate school years applicable), and a minimum of 5 years project management experience.

Candidates should have expertise in policy, codes and standards, implementation and market transformation as related to decarbonization efforts in California or other states, along with familiarity with key policies and decision makers influencing the decarbonization landscape.
