Energy Efficiency Senior Project Manager (Hybrid/Remote - CA)

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline and have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability in conducting large, collaborative, facilitated sessions, strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires the ability to manage both tactical and strategic tasks, strong client communication and relationship management skills, extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote), and the ability to manage multiple activities and communications effectively. Occasional business travel is also required. Preferred qualifications include prior experience with the California Public Utilities Commission and/or California utilities, familiarity with SB 1477 and related California policy, experience with residential energy efficiency or decarbonization programs, and expertise in managing large programs with multiple subcontractors and external stakeholders.
