Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects. This includes gathering and validating client requirements, identifying and engaging stakeholders, and planning project resources based on quality, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities also encompass risk analysis, leading project teams, creating schedules, monitoring timelines, managing budgets, controlling costs, and nurturing client and supplier relationships. The Project Manager will oversee project activities, resolve issues, optimize delivery processes, and report project status, financials, and scope to stakeholders. Additionally, they will ensure finance systems are accurate, manage process documentation, maintain knowledge management, and ensure project profitability by managing margins.
