Requirements

Third Level Degree in a relevant discipline
3-5 years of Project Management experience with capability to lead projects throughout an organization
Exceptional project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools
Project Management qualification required i.e. PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to advanced level
Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work and develop relationships cross functionally and across levels to achieve business goals
Full clean B driving license (the role may involve travel, so a degree of flexibility is required)

Responsibilities

Complete all project tasks within scope to the level and quality required on time and in budget
Streamline workflows of each project and oversee resource management, project measurement and reporting
Performing quality control on all projects throughout development
Central point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain in synergy and ensure clear communication channels between functions and the PMO
Ensure prompt escalation of risks and issues to enable proactive risk management strategies to be implemented
Design, train and implement consistent methodologies and project management tools for all projects within the business
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management solutions and practices
Provide regular and detailed updates to stakeholders as required
Support key projects focusing on business growth, sales enablement and risk management
Ensure analysis is relevant for each specific business using a wide range of analytical tools, digital and traditional business data
Provide quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and insight on projects
Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, working independently and with the PMO team on larger briefs
