Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience designing digital products, along with an online portfolio demonstrating their work. They must be expert Figma users and have experience working within an existing design system, deciding when to leverage pre-designed components and when there’s a need for new components.

Responsibilities

As a Contractor – Lead Product Designer, you will independently drive large, complex projects from concept to completion, showcasing expertise in interaction design and prototyping tools to communicate complex interactive design concepts. You will design high-quality, thoughtful interfaces that balance function, aesthetics, and usability, clearly communicate recommendations to clients and teammates, and build alignment on product strategy, design, functionality, and usability. Furthermore, you will enjoy working with agile development teams on software applications, and helping clients focus on realistic deliverables, meeting deadlines and being considerate of clients’ project budgets and timelines, and proactively listening, communicating, and collaborating exceptionally well.
