Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment. Demonstrated experience in defining project scopes, creating schedules, and managing projects to completion is essential. Familiarity with project management software such as Workzone and Monday.com is required.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end production and traffic operations within HotBox, the internal creative agency at Cresco Labs, to execute deliverables requested by the House of Brands team. They will manage project requests through Workzone and Monday.com, review marketing briefs, lead discovery meetings with stakeholders, create multiple project plans and schedules, conduct resource planning, and prioritize workflows. Additionally, the Project Manager will lead weekly status meetings and coordinate with other project managers to ensure appropriate resourcing for assigned projects, encompassing creative tasks such as collateral, posters, advertising, merchandising displays, packaging, renderings, presentations, and corporate requests across print, digital, and consumer touchpoints.
