Responsibilities

  • Participate in implementation projects or operations/maintenance teams
  • Conduct work under the management of the project manager
  • Consider and decide on responses to customer requirements or issues, and perform design/development work, testing, and release
  • Conduct appropriate communication with customers
  • System implementation and operations for pharmaceutical companies' commercial areas
  • Propose solutions based on clients' sales challenges, and handle the full process from requirements definition to design, development, testing, and launch of extended functions for our CRM products
  • Design and develop effective migration methods to next-generation CRM, focusing on identifying value provided to clients
