Responsibilities

The Project & Commercial Operations Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, defining and maintaining project documentation and governance processes, and tracking milestones and risks. They will also design and implement commercial operations processes, partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to improve customer lifecycle efficiency, establish reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions, and ensure operational readiness for go-to-market initiatives. Furthermore, the role involves building and documenting scalable operational processes, selecting and implementing tools to support workflows, identifying gaps, and continuously improving operational efficiency and team productivity, contributing to change management and training as new systems are introduced.
