What You’ll Do

As the Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will:

• Act as a key business partner for one or more business verticals—developing a deep understanding of their hiring and talent strategy and business goals.
• Design and lead global programs that drive standardization, improve interview quality, and increase hiring efficiency and quality.
• Use recruiting metrics and analytics to define goals, measure performance, and guide long-term program strategy.
• Build and support reporting forums (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) and leadership reviews to ensure transparency and accountability across hiring.
• Manage multiple complex projects and roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and negotiating cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with TA, People, Legal, and Finance teams to operationalize key initiatives and support company-wide hiring goals.
• Lead change management efforts to roll out new tools, processes, and best practices across regions and functions.
