dbt Labs is seeking an Employee Experience Program Manager to help make our culture tangible through how we work. This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of programs that strengthen connection, build inclusive culture, and support effective ways of working across our global, remote-first team. The position requires a blend of logistics, storytelling, and systems thinking to run and improve global programs that reduce friction, reinforce company values, and help employees do their best work.
