Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed documentation of meetings, decisions, and action items
  • Facilitate smooth execution of programs across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Work closely with the U.S.-based Program Manager to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Translate and relay communications between Korean customers and U.S. technical teams
  • Support cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Maintain visibility into HQ-led activities such as budget tracking and technical action items
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean customers, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Own and manage Korea-specific action items, including local logistics, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Lead customer meetings in Korea and provide translation and interpretation support for HQ teams
  • Apply a strategic approach to external communication
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback to inform products and process improvements
