Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience serving life sciences companies
  • 1+ years of experience with KOL engagement processes
  • Technical understanding of CRM configuration and API integration
  • Proven executive and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in for new software tools
  • Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, and dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to establish effective processes and influence without direct authority
  • Based in North America (Eastern Time Zone) or Europe (CET Time Zone) with proximity to an airport

Responsibilities

  • Scope, establish, and lead Veeva Link Workflow rollout programs
  • Develop strategic relationships with customer’s business and IT executives
  • Work with customers to define deployment, governance, and API integration roadmaps
  • Be accountable for the success of Link Workflow implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Veeva’s Strategy, Sales, Product Management, and Link Services teams
  • Maintain alignment and inform stakeholders on program milestones and activities
  • Manage the project execution performed by the Link Services team and Customer’s Integration teams
  • Work with the Link Services Leadership and Link Strategy to develop and define our Workflow Services offering
