Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, public health, marketing, or a related field, with over 7 years of experience in program delivery, customer experience strategy, service design, and/or business improvement. Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative data are required, along with demonstrated ability to collaborate productively across organizations to drive cross-functional initiatives. Proven experience supporting program delivery from definition to execution and measurement, excellent planning and organizational skills, and clear, concise communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with behavioral/experience design frameworks in healthcare programs and working knowledge of healthcare or clinical concepts are also necessary. A Master's degree and experience with the CMS Star Rating Program and CAHPS survey measures are preferred.
The Program Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful execution of Humana’s Stars CAHPS initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for program strategy and delivery. This role involves identifying, developing, and implementing programs to positively influence member perception and health outcomes by leveraging insights and analytics to create, optimize, measure, and scale member-facing interventions. Key duties include collaborating with business owners, experience design, IT, clinical partners, and operational leaders to develop and deploy improvements in member experience and survey outcomes. The lead will establish the learning agenda, define strategic goals and opportunities, manage delivery plans, monitor program outcomes, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and proactively address issues. They will also function as a CAHPS SME for business partners, synthesize insights into actionable takeaways, define and scope programs for performance improvement, guide and manage program execution, review and communicate initiative results, and manage business partner relationships.
