As a Professional Services Account Manager, you will lead the Professional Services sales strategy for assigned accounts, including account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting. You will negotiate and close consulting engagements, identify and cultivate new opportunities, develop client relationships at executive and operational levels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop customized proposals, and drive customer success by partnering with delivery teams to ensure project goals are met and client advocacy is built.
