Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of proactive, customer-facing, or account management experience, or alternatively, 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong customer relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach are essential, along with experience managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) is required, as well as the ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for Thumbtack high-value professionals, onboarding new Franchisees, and driving adoption and usage of the Thumbtack platform. They will understand professional goals, provide education and advice, propose expansion opportunities, share best practices, translate feedback into product requirements, and handle escalations while coordinating with various internal teams. Additionally, they will prioritize outreach to mitigate churn and drive revenue growth by utilizing data analysis and creating reports and presentations.
