Responsibilities

  • Develop MRP Master uploading Plan on ERP System (16 week production plan) by Part Number based on customer requirements and operations demonstrated output to meet customer demand and targeted Finish Good level based on the shipping frequency
  • Develop a weekly level schedule into Daily Build Requirements to Production
  • Run and review CTB with Vendor Planner Team
  • Monitor the production schedule to ensure adherence to the plan and take immediate action in case of delays or obstacles
  • Develop mitigation plan for daily build performance shortages (if required)
  • Monitor daily Customer EDI and adjust production plan (if required)
  • Phase in phase out for Engineering change on SAP (ERP System)
  • Communicate and Coordinate Build Out and Engineering changes with multidisciplinary team
  • Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other teams to implement the production plan
  • Monitor daily Revenue plan
  • Participate on the Annual Plan Inventory
