Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science (or combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of degree)
  • Typically minimum 4+ years relevant experience
  • Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
  • Seasoned, experienced professional with full understanding of area of specialization
  • Ability to resolve wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope requiring evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work; general instructions on new assignments

Responsibilities

  • Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s)
  • Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams
  • Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch
  • Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements
  • Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts
  • Create operational process and workflow documentation
  • Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness
  • Provides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function
  • Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects
  • Increases profitability of existing products and services or develops new solutions which advance business objectives and client needs
  • Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development and vendors plus senior management and key customers
