Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Medicine
Solid understanding of hospital tender procedures and procurement systems
Strong sales skills with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales
Experience in the anesthesia segment (e.g., inhalation agents, IV anesthetics) or parenteral nutrition is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure
Willingness to travel to hospitals and key accounts as required

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned territories or key accounts
Manage the full tender process: preparation, submission, monitoring, and post-award activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, pharmacists, and procurement departments
Promote assigned pharmaceutical products through effective product presentations, scientific discussions, and regular customer engagement
Identify new opportunities for market expansion and pipeline development
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access) to ensure business success
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
