Requirements

Candidates should possess previous experience in financial products, fleet management, or payment processing environments, familiarity with ROI-based solution selling in mid-market and enterprise segments, and a background working in a quota-carrying overlay or specialized sales role with essential cross-functional collaboration. They should be comfortable using sales tech stacks such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator, along with presentation software like Google Slides or PowerPoint, and demonstrate technical fluency in understanding product setup, network connectivity, and integration with cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

The Product Specialist will serve as the in-house expert for Motive’s Cards solutions, partnering closely with MM and ENT Account Executives to drive specialized product conversations and support the full sales cycle. They will collaborate with AEs mid-funnel to drive product discussions, identify whitespace accounts, balance a consultative approach with technical knowledge, conduct tailored product demos and technical deep-dives, consult with the Product team on features and roadmap, and become the go-to authority on the Cards suite. Furthermore, they will engage in consultative customer engagement by listening to customer needs and articulating ROI, and consistently maintain detailed pipeline management and documentation in CRM tools.
