Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Analyst & Product role in Product company
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a technology or software development environment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Arabic speaking is a plus (bonus)

Responsibilities

Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
Collaborate with designers on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories in Jira and Confluence
Develop and maintain customer journey maps using Miro to visualize and analyze customer interactions with the product
Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience
Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and align on priorities
Proven experience in product discovery and delivery
