Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a consistent, scalable narrative for reporting on member engagement and outcomes post-sale
  • Ensure alignment between pre-sale value propositions and post-sale reporting deliverables
  • Conduct market research and analysis to define and create storytelling standards
  • Partner with the Customer Experience and Client Analytics teams to apply narratives at the individual customer level and across standardized reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Client Analytics team to understand and shape the outputs of customer data reports
  • Partner with the Client Analytics team to surface insights at both the large customer and population levels
  • Work with the Product team to inform the roadmap for reporting tools and experiences
  • Help build internal processes and tools that support scalable insight creation
  • Translate population-level engagement and outcome data into tailored stories for large customers
  • Synthesize trends across the book of business to develop market-level narratives
