Requirements

Candidates should have a Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, or 5+ years of technical experience in life sciences. A minimum of 2 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical support is required. Expertise in life sciences and a general knowledge of gene editing technology are essential, with an understanding of CRISPR and related applications being a plus. Strong understanding of customer needs in drug discovery & development, life science research, and/or molecular diagnostics organizations is necessary. Experience in developing and running marketing campaigns aligned with corporate goals, product positioning, and developing resonant messaging is required. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, HubSpot, and Salesforce is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will drive growth for existing solutions and the emerging product portfolio by ideating, developing, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include developing product positioning and compelling messaging based on product features, benefits, and customer needs. The role involves supporting product development projects to ensure timely marketing campaign execution. This individual will manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Product Management. Key duties include achieving financial and strategic business objectives for product marketing, developing marketing plans, content, and campaigns, and supporting product launches through go-to-market strategies. The manager will also implement digital marketing campaigns, create necessary assets, support sales with tools and market expertise, develop and track marketing KPIs, report on campaign objectives and OKRs, and plan/coordinate event activities.
