Product Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups, with a proven track record of launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems, along with excellent communication and copywriting skills, an analytical mindset, and experience in regulated industries or financial services.
The Product Marketing Manager will own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals, crafting compelling messaging and value propositions to differentiate the company. They will lead GTM planning for feature and product launches, coordinating cross-functionally, gather and analyze market research, and conduct user interviews to inform strategy. Furthermore, they will partner with lifecycle and growth teams to build acquisition and retention campaigns, optimize conversion flows, and identify opportunities to drive engagement with new features and card incentives, while also defining KPIs and reporting on campaign performance.
