Requirements

Candidates should possess 10-15 years of experience with a minimum of 5-10 years in product marketing, demonstrating an experienced people leadership role with a proven ability to develop talent. They should have a deep understanding of the B2B advertising/marketing technology space or product marketing experience, along with experience supporting partnerships and leading co-marketing activations. Furthermore, experience in the programmatic advertising and adtech industries is required, and the ability to develop and lead customer demos and create scalable marketing strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Director will lead the product marketing function to execute a vision and strategy for the global team, driving business objectives and acting as a player-coach to inspire and manage a high-performing team. They will drive operational rigor and standardized go-to-market plans, championing customer needs and brand values while aligning with Product Management, Strategic and Data Partnerships, Client Solutions, and Sales. This role will focus on simplifying complex subject matter into clear messaging, leveraging insights and data to drive impact and revenue results, and understanding broader market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product enhancements and innovations. The Product Marketing Director will also work closely with Platform Product Marketing counterparts to incorporate new features into the core platform GTM and manage the competitive and market insights process.
