Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing and a proven track record of success in strategic product marketing initiatives that directly contributed to growth, customer adoption, or market expansion. The ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for senior buyers, strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, deep market and customer curiosity, and confidence navigating ambiguity are required. Domain knowledge in HR tech, analytics, workforce planning, or adjacent fields is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Director will own the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across net-new acquisition, expansion, and retention. They will develop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging, act as the voice of the buyer, and lead product and feature launches with measurable impact. Additionally, they will enable the sales team with compelling narratives and training, partner with marketing to fuel high-performing campaigns, measure impact, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strategy alignment and unified execution.
