Candidates should have at least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or risk/security domains, with a proven track record of building systems or features related to security, fraud prevention, transaction risk, or compliance. A deep understanding of financial regulations and user protection standards, experience designing user flows for sensitive use cases, strong analytical and data skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for user safety and building user-friendly products are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific fraud detection and disputes management tools, a background in digital identity or security UX, and technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, or security architectures.
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product strategy and user experience for features spanning fraud prevention, security, risk management, compliance, disputes, and customer recovery. They will develop and own the cohesive roadmap for Support & Safety features, prioritize product investments based on risk, security, customer pain points, regulations, and business goals, and ensure product features comply with applicable regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities also include working closely with teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, enabling audits and reporting through data logging, partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality features and intuitive flows, and monitoring key product metrics.
