Requirements

  • Experience with the end-to-end software product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Good knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies
  • Experience working with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, LESS, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Experience with Digital/OTT messaging as a communication channel. (Desirable)
  • Involvement in shaping product strategy, preferably in CPaaS. (Desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer needs and market problems, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Share the product vision with stakeholders including customers, management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the product
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build the product
  • Remove roadblocks to achieve company readiness for product launches
  • Scale products for customers using internal IT infrastructure (private cloud, public cloud integrations, IaaS capabilities, automating provisioning of network, compute, and storage resources)
