Seasoned Assistant General Counsel experience
Experience leading legal service delivery at scale

Responsibilities

Architect, implement, and continuously improve legal service delivery infrastructure
Develop and maintain intake, triage, and workflow automation
Lead the integration of legal systems into a unified service experience
Provide enterprise-level legal oversight and strategic counsel
Oversee a remote team responsible for AI-driven workflow build, maintenance, and optimization
Supervise data analytics, dashboarding, and insights
Lead deployment of agentic legal workflows
Partner with internal data and AI engineering teams to pilot new automation use cases
Map, document, and continuously refine legal processes
Champion change management, training, and adoption of new systems and tools
Ensure strong controls for auditability, compliance, and knowledge retention
Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, Security, and Finance
Serve as primary liaison between Legal and enterprise shared services teams
Support vendor selection, negotiation, and lifecycle management for legal technology solutions
Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and service excellence
