What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Growth Engineer/Hacker – a hybrid of marketer and engineer, and a dedicated builder. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our customers, the ability to identify unconventional growth opportunities, and the drive to build and ship experiments from 0 to 1. Former and future founders are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

You will design, build, and optimize growth-focused experiments aimed at directly increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals with a hacker mindset, eager to experiment and ship initiatives that yield significant business impact.

Examples of potential projects include:

• Creating high-converting landing pages and interactive tools or demos.
• Building viral tools or shareable components to drive organic acquisition through word-of-mouth.
• Automating prospecting with creative, novel outreach tactics.
• Improving SEO and/or AI SEO with unique, high-leverage strategies.
• Developing scripts for innovative customer engagement (e.g., auto-delivering pizzas to prospective customers).
• Analyzing user feedback to identify friction points and implementing solutions to improve retention.
• Designing and implementing A/B tests across the user journey to optimize conversion.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3+ years of experience driving growth and developing 0 to 1 products, in an engineering, PM, or growth capacity.
• AI Product Development: Proven experience building products using AI (e.g., setting up projects with Cursor, chaining agents with n8n).
• Data-Driven: Possess a data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.
• Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of how messaging impacts virality and conversion.
• Design Skills: Comfortable with basic design to create visually appealing assets without constant designer support.
• Results-Oriented: Motivated by seeing your work directly impact business metrics.
• Startup Environment: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust startup environment and enjoys owning entire growth initiatives.

• Experience working with growth marketing teams and understanding the full marketing funnel.
• Proficiency with AI tools for building and shipping products.
• A track record of creating something that has gone viral or achieved an outsized outcome.
• Skills in animation and interaction design for memorable user experiences.
• Experience as an early-stage employee at a startup, understanding prioritization for maximum impact.
• Experience with analytics implementation and building dashboards to track growth metrics.
