Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of product management experience and 7 years in market or product strategy, general management, software development, consulting, or product/business operations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required, along with excellent organizational and analytical skills and a strong technical understanding. Prior experience in the B2B healthcare space, particularly with billing, eligibility, or coverage, is necessary. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, skilled at problem-solving with limited resources, a strong writer and clear communicator, able to foster stakeholder alignment, and proficient in user-centered design, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies. Experience leveraging AI/ML for product personalization is highly desirable, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will lead a team in developing dynamic, AI-driven experiences to engage members in their health journeys and drive outcomes. This involves collaborating with commercial, revenue cycle, engineering, and design teams to understand customer needs and motivations. Responsibilities include articulating product vision, charting strategic paths, setting measurable milestones, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering impact at scale. The role requires accountability for team metrics, collaboration with engineering on backlog prioritization, writing clear product specifications, using data to evaluate success, and partnering with business teams to open new verticals and scale existing business.
