Self-driven high flyer in a fast-paced environment
Inspiration to create and manage a best-in-class crypto card product
Product design skills, including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools
Good user story telling abilities
Knowledge of the product development life cycle and portfolio management
Experience involved in various stages of product development
Ability to manage the card portfolio with a positive P&L and high user penetration
5+ years of Card product management experience in card issuing
Experience in various markets is appreciated

Ability to conduct regular competitor analysis and identify improvement opportunities
Strong data analytical skills
Ability to optimize product performance dashboards and improve products using a data-driven approach
Excellent prioritization framework and ability to align with stakeholders on MVP scope and further development
Good understanding of risk and compliance frameworks in the card industry
Understanding of different card processes (reconciliation, settlement, chargeback, etc.)
