Responsibilities

Build, design, and optimize AI agents in close collaboration with customers - mapping workflows, diagnosing pain points, and delivering measurable outcomes
Embed with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and become a trusted advisor on their AI roadmap
Partner with engineering to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and tight feedback loops
Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for your portfolio of agents
Collaborate with GTM and design teams to ensure seamless deployments and strong adoption
Represent Titan externally in customer and prospect meetings, pilots, and industry events
