Requirements

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in product management, consulting, engagement management, or as a founder/operator

Responsibilities

  • Build, design, and optimize AI agents in close collaboration with customers - mapping workflows, diagnosing pain points, and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Embed with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and become a trusted advisor on their AI roadmap
  • Partner with engineering to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and tight feedback loops
  • Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for your portfolio of agents
  • Collaborate with GTM and design teams to ensure seamless deployments and strong adoption
  • Represent Titan externally in customer and prospect meetings, pilots, and industry events
