Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager within a high-tech organization, along with 5+ years of experience in software product delivery, either as a Product Manager or a Software Engineer. They should also enjoy taking initiative and owning projects from start to finish, and demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered. Strong communication skills, process, project management, and decision-making/facilitating skills are essential, alongside critical thinking abilities that allow for strategic planning while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will define product requirements for Machinify’s Payments solutions, gather and understand customer needs, policies, and processes, translating them into requirements for Data Science and Engineering teams. They will also develop a deep understanding of the Machinify platform and products, estimate technical complexity, drive cross-functional alignment among stakeholders, facilitate refinement discussions, ensure the execution of the product roadmap, set key delivery milestones, oversee on-time delivery of product requirements, and bring a high level of curiosity by asking probing questions.
