Candidates should have at least 3 years of product management experience and 7 years in market or product strategy, general management, software development, consulting, or product/business operations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required, along with a strong technical understanding, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation design. Experience with user-centered design practices, leveraging AI/ML for personalization, and comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving are also necessary. Prior experience in healthcare or with behavior change principles is a plus.
The Product Manager will lead the development of innovative experiences for members and care teams, leveraging AI to drive engagement and health outcomes. This involves collaborating with clinical, engineering, and design teams to understand user needs, articulating product vision and strategy, setting measurable milestones, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing the team's backlog, writing clear product specifications, using data to evaluate success, and partnering with design and UX research to identify experience gaps and opportunities.
